'they said that, because Ms Ferrier took a test prior to stricter rules in England coming into force, they would not be pursuing their investigation.
A Scotland Yard spokesperson said: "In this case the test occurred prior to 29 September and therefore the regulation does not apply.
"As such, there will be no further action in relation to this investigation from the Metropolitan Police'.
