People need to be more respectful of others that's for sure, especially retail staff. I was in Tesco yesterday, I had to ask a guy to step back from me in the queue because he literally stood at my shoulder, he wasn't happy and told me he was "wearing a fucking mask" . Worse than that though was the way the cashiers were treated by people. Shocking and unnecessary.
In this current time respect (as important as kindness if not more so) comes in the form of keeping your distance from people and understanding that the people on the front line aren't responsible for your frustrations. |
