I hope witty just tells people bluntly what will happen if they don’t buck up.... I think it needs to come from the scientists rather than the politicians

I like him.

Massive weight on his shoulders and can’t be easy with Boris and Big Daddy Cummings in the background.

I like him as well- I remember back in March when he first started on the tv. He was so blunt and honest. I found it quite refreshing.

"I hope witty just tells people bluntly what will happen if they don’t buck up.... I think it needs to come from the scientists rather than the politicians "

And then ...

"The scientists are wrong, they are just doing what the government tells them"

It's fucking laughable

The whole graph thing does beg the question who was behind it. Valance apparently said repeatedly I am not predicting this(I didn't see the broadcast) and straight away other members of the scientific community started querying it. Even the Sky news health correspondent ripped it apart.

It just added to the fuel for those who want to dismiss the current situation and smacks of number 10 getting involved.

And to top it off I've just seen a post on twitter where someone has just claimed that Bill Gates funds Sage.

Or was it Saga, he's a pensioner right ?
