What’s everyone think about being able to get a test? I’ve found from own experience that’s it’s hard work and have wait for nearly week!

It shows how much of an increase of cases we are having right now - a couple of weeks ago you could get same day tests locally anywhere.

They knew there would be an upsurge yet the resources don't seem to have been put in place to address it..

Doesn't exactly instill confidence..

Not really.... Just means more are getting tested and then now running out of test kits... Doesn't mean more cases..

And how many tested are not positive result?

Id suggest not testing anyone and then no cases to be found.. Prople thst do find themsrkves ill will seek out medical help..

I remember, and at the time, for me, it worked perfectly. BUT, a close family member needed to get one for their return to work, last week, and the website was directing them hundreds of miles away, the location I had my tests at (10 miles away) was not coming up on Google, none the less he attended with no appointment... They still tested him as a walk in, within an hour and results returned in 12 hours. The site doesn't come up on Google nor the gov website. I assume they are working their nuts off, they did 230k tests yesterday. And it's great that people are finally wanting to get tested, but they need to make it easier to access. And as an example, if my nearest test centre is able to process walk ups, you'd think it would show on either Google or the gov website.

You think more young people are just testing for the fun of it? Why would they? I am assuming if thousands more people are coming for tests, thousands more people are having symptoms or positive contacts and are getting tested because they are concerned.

Yes, that's happening a lot, the local centres are not showing on google properly.
