The new rules have raised an interesting issue For me
We have a split garden, we own half the upstairs neighbours own half. Under the new rules as they are two sperate properties we could have 6 people in each therefore 12 people in the garden that all 12 could be from different houses and we would be less than 2 meters
I wonder what would happen if the police was called  |

If you were social distancing at 2m, probably very little. They may give advice on aiming to alternate time periods in the garden and to see your replies, whether each neighbour was doing it to prove a point etc. |

I don't think much would happen, if you both own separate areas in the garden and are in your own bits with your guests. Depends if the Covid Copter is in the air searching near you at the time too. |
