The government is welcoming people's views on a vaccine and are currently holding an official consultation open until the 18th of September.
If you wish to make your views known, whatever they may be, here is the link to the consultation.

Tbh i don't have the expertise in relation to speeding things up but that could be a could thing for other vaccines or drugs etc..
I think before it's released for general use it will have to be shown it has been through the necessary safeguards albeit a bit more sharpishly.. |

2. Civil liability and immunity
Any decision to roll out mass vaccination programmes for unlicensed COVID-19 vaccines, or indeed any pandemic disease treatments, will be taken nationally, not by the individual companies manufacturing or marketing the product.
The current legal framework already recognises that if manufacturers or healthcare professionals are asked to supply an unlicensed medicine in response to a public health threat, it is unfair also to ask them to take responsibility for the consequences of the use of that medicine in the way that they normally would. |

Yes. Oddly though the document isn't included in the survey area. So someone could come to it blind and guess at what it's looking for in terms of response.

Exactly. Thats my concern - I didnt even know about the document I posted until it was pointed out to me by a friend. As I said - I am not an anti-vaxxer, but the government document does contain some quite alarming statements that I think people ought to read before partaking in this type of consultation. |

Exactly. Thats my concern - I didnt even know about the document I posted until it was pointed out to me by a friend. As I said - I am not an anti-vaxxer, but the government document does contain some quite alarming statements that I think people ought to read before partaking in this type of consultation. "

The last time a government "consulted" the public the UK left the EU with little hope of negotiating any kind of beneficial new agreement

Covid vaccines aren't being developed in isolation, from scratch. They can build on existing knowledge and models. It's fine for pregnant women to receive a flu vaccination, for example.

I'm sure that they would potentially be helped, should they receive inaccurate information, for example, that indicates a level of ignorance amongst the public. Likewise, they may get to appreciate something that they wouldn't have, due to being involved in the development, plans etc.
I'm guessing that it is primarily done to support their incisive grasp of the public mindset. They will also aim to balance, for the diverse population that we have. There won't be any full agreement on all points, from all of the population, so I'm sure they won't be expecting that. |

There honestly is zero need for any so called consultation
It's a sham a show propaganda
We all must absolutely know that the truest public consultation does not come from a questionnaire rather it comes directly from social media posts the data regarding the population zeitgeist is vast from the collective posts across all media inc this one
The algorithms formulated by Facebook and co can harvest this data and give a frighteningly accurate insight
But then again the public show how savvy they are I see no one in the virus forums have even suggested the virus is a sham and we should get back to normal
I see no one has fallen for the "its Bill Gates mind control"
