It would be weeks but it will be about 6 weeks due to delays in infection and testing.
It's a shame we can't staff the nighting gale hospitals to do covid and leave generals to what they do but we just won't have the staff  |

To be fair I seen earlier that yesterday had well over a 1000 "confirmed " new cases. So I would suspect the confirmed were down to tests. If so I would suspect we had somewhere closer to the original 6000 made in the op. I may be wrong though  |

It seems like testing seems to be showing lots of new cases, but the actual hospitalisation and death threat are remaining very low.
Of course it would be better if there was no covid deaths at all,as any loss is a big loss to the people who have had to say goodbye to a loved one, but to me it still looks like things are improving. |

We have one of the highest test per 1000 persons in the world at the moment, after a very slow start.
So at last we are finding cases. The good news is that positives per test are not surging and neither are hospitalisations.

Where are you getting your numbers from, ? are the hospitals over flowing,? as currently there are around 77 critical cases in English hospitals
Define a case as well please
Ps deaths with convid and not of convid have fallen by 97% in three months
So it doesn’t matter if there are 6 million cases

Got to say glad i live in wales as infection is less but that could be down to our crap testing programe. There was a guy on the radio the other day went into hospital for a routine op (hospital stay required). They tested him for covid. But by the time the results came back he'd had his op and been discharged |
