Detection of viral presence is 1 thing. Actual infection from specific behavioural acts, in the context of the typical sex styles that we have, is another. According to tests, the virus has been found to be detectable in the oro-fecal route. It can be detected from anal swabs after nasal and oral swabs would show clear.
