I think Scotland hadn't policed the initial arrivals into England but there had been some checks on the residents in England - unsure about Wales. We're generally expecting an awful lot of our minimal government employees, compared to the increasing number of travellers and the many other tasks that have to be done during this epidemic.
I feel sorry for people who had flown when there was no quarantine but must now do so for 2 weeks. |
