Not doubting the seriousness of Covid-19, but as someone who has tested positive for antibodies - who was last ill in January, ironically with with a cough and a temperature....
What if...
The virus was already so prevalent in the population that the only way to control the infection rate and death rate was to lock everything down - everywhere?
What if Covid was already here and we didn’t know it?

There has been speculations around that it may been as early as March 2019 when it actually 1st started to circulate. We actually both had quite bad chest infections last July both having several courses of antibiotics....may have been covid may not have been |

It's possible, as a lot of posts have speculated. The ability to find it from water samples from sewage facilities is an option.
It's high infectivity potential would have probably meant that we would have hax significant problems last winter, with overload then.
As many have no symptoms, it can circulate easily but still be noticed from those who get severe problems.
If it had been around in its first country for some time, it's reasonable to assume that it left at several points.
Op, you may have had it at an early or later point. We'll probably not learn. More research is being done on its earlier appearance and origins, including a suggestion of Spain last year |
