Those guide lines have been stretched big time, it's impossible to police as in rural areas you may need to travel further that that just to find a shop. |

I know two Welsh people that are travelling across the bridge and they have never been challenged. On the other hand I know one that lives in England and works in Wales and has been challenged 7 times. |

Andy here, I travel from England to South Wales and back at least 3 times per week with work. From the Midlands either through Monmouth or over the M4 bridge. I've not been stopped or challenged once. Sometimes I go out as far as Pembroke Dock and never have I been pulled over and asked why. |

My friend who works in Wales and travels from England drives an AUDI - I told him that why he keeps getting stopped lol.
