We know that UV light degrades viruses, so a american company has devised a spectrum of UV light that degrades coronavirus in seconds and they have agreed to share the tech so another weapon in our arsenal is soon to be had |

The devil is in the detail. I'm assuming that it's an additional tool that could help to restrain its transmission between carriers and the uninfected, like soap, disinfectants etc. I'm unsure of the availability of LED light bulbs, often produced in China. |

It's not an LED light bulb. It's an Ultra violet light source. And it actually has no lasting effect on humans. What it does do is kill any bacteria on a solid surface along with any viral pathogens on that surface, including covid19. If you wan't to spend the rest of your live frying to death under UV light................fair enough............i'll take my chances just keeping safe.
Ronald Mac can sit under it as long as he likes along with injecting disinfectant..................i',m happy where i am. |

"Isn't this what trump what rambling about"
Exactly this. Old news....It is high energy UV to kill virus on hard surfaces. Cant be injected. Won't work through skin...but would give much higher risk of skin cancer. Cant swallow UV bulbs. |

I should have said it's not for human skin.
But if they can incorporate it into a hand wand, cleaning public transport, hospitals, hotels etc would be more efficient than spraying disinfectants inbetween use |
