Just been to the local testing centre for a Covid 19 test. I have to say it was a surreal experience. You stay in your car, windows up and staff speak to you by holding signs up at your window. You are recognised by holding up a QR code at the car window that they sent to your phone. Beep your horn if you need help with your test, and put your hazard lights on when you are done.
Very efficient service, with very low risk to the staff |

but in the daytime with just one person in every car.
Actually it was a bit like dogging - it was on an industrial estate in the middle of nowhere |

Do you mind sharing how you think you caught it? And how long it took from that to getting a test? I ask because there's a fair bit of content on the forums about how unlikely it is to catch it or worse that it's just a scam for other nefarious purposes. |

J has been tested 3 times now, negative each time. It is an easy thing to do though not the most comfortable. Last time I went mine was the only car there. Perhaps it is time the testing was opened up to all not just key workers. |
