It can't be 100% safe as some people can have it with no symptoms.
Up to them if they choose to meet family, friends, or a sex partner. Whichever will make them happier. |

I was living on my own up to yesterday afternoon as my housemate got "stuck" in Kidderminster as she was at a friends when lockdown kicked in.
Sorted out a bubble with a lady friend and her 23 yr old daughter in Malvern....sorted!
Then my housemate decided she was coming home..... awks. |

Bubbles not an option here unfortunately , but if it was I'd be creating a bubble with a family member as that would be most helpful for me and most beneficial for my kids.
The idea behind bubbles is to provide support for people living alone, or for single parents, in terms of dealing with the impact isolation may be having on their mental health. So I'd be looking for someone I know really well, who I'd feel comfortable discussing my stresses and worries with, & who I'd trust to help me with my kids. |

As far as ensuring that the other person in the bubble doesn't have coronavirus, I know that all of my family have been adhering to the rules and the household I'd be most likely to bubble with have been particularly cautious, so whilst I couldn't be absolutely sure that they don't have the virus I know the risks are very low. |
