Is that to say there is a difference between Carlisle and Dumfries?
The distance between the two is about the same as the diameter of the M25

Maybe theres a reason that the R value is different in each area?
If you look at a lot of the areas in England it appears to an outsider like me that it's back to normal?
Too dangerous to return to work, but plenty safe to hang out with crowds on the beach? |
