I wonder how long before a flag waving tory will reply.
"lets keep politics out of this until it's over" is one retort they use. It needs to be nipped in tbe bud before the rot sets in and claims more lives

There has been widespread reports of the government’s handling of carehomes, in this case this fraudulent activity (if proved) favours them

Something like this happened at the mrs carehome.
3 patients sent to the home to free up beds .
The home were told they were covid free.
4 weeks, 21 deaths and 80% of staff at the home tested positive.
Including the mrs who then passed it on to me.

The mrs has asthma and she flew through it.
It took the mr 3 weeks to shake it off. |

It could have been a genuine mistake but whoever amended the records should have signed their initials and dated it if the date was different to the original entry.

"In my experience the NHS simply use patient records to their own ends. There is a total lack of openess and honesty. At hospital level the NHS fails me EVERYTIME. My GP practice is excellent."
If you are failed by a Trust, then make a complaint, it may benefit other patients. |

I did read the article, the error was changed, rectified whatever you wish to call it, the wrongdoing was in not initialising the amendment. |

Sorry I perceived your statement meant as in falsifying the document. But your words don't state that. If an error was made and then amended, obviously it's a deliberate/conscious change. And as stated earlier, should have been initialled. |
