The MOJO thing is probably the hardest as everyone will have peaks and troughs, no more so at the moment so video based methods probably aren't the best... It's all about how well you know them and whether the contact is a keep in touch, a "help me out", or a phoning round to check-in.
Whatever works... Messages on here.... phone calls... out in the park.... (shouting from afar naturally)... |
