Why is the transport secretary leading the virus update today? And why is he waffling on about road and rail upgrades?

Anyone could do it. They just get handed a script from the real people in charge. Nick Jimmy krankie sturgeon has her script appear on a TV screen on her lectern. Piss easy

Who would you have liked to present it?

Who would you like to talk about transport and transport infrastructure?

Yeah I do wonder if they need to do daily briefings still. U almost feel there’s a drawing of straws daily to pick who’s going on

"Why is the transport secretary leading the virus update today? And why is he waffling on about road and rail upgrades?"

Because the government has just issued billions in bonds (government lending)

And they are using it to start infrastructure projects to restart the economy.

And before anyone shitposts like most political posts

I am not personal endorsing this... I'm just offering some context to the question

Although that's a reasonable idea if that happened loads of people would instantly complain saying the MP's are hiding and not open to questions

Can’t do right for doing wrong , poor beggars I certainly wouldn’t want to do their job . Certain media muppets are turning it into playground politics , as if anyone else can do better
