I believe you could technically always move house, it was not banned.
But
You could not view
Searches were limited due to council workers being at home.
Estate agents similar
No surveys permitted
Moving companies needed to use social distancing when moving your stuff.
Not many would be prepared to buy a house unseen and unsurveyed.
So like I say technically you could still move but practically who would?
If you had already got these things done then yes you could complete and move in. |
