The gym .

I workout anhour and a half per day but home work outs are no substitute for the gym

Likewise, I miss the gym and playing sports. It has always been my way of getting rid of any stress and is harder to do now.

Luckily, not much stresses me, so I’m still ok!

Yes gym for me is my anti depressant.

Throwing heavy weights around for a couple of hours saves me a visit to the doctors for stress.
