I get to finally go to a testing centre this morning and I was like a cat on heat with all these men telling me what to do

Especially when he told me to open my mouth

In all seriousness... I think my results will be inconclusive as he told me the wrong instructions

Retest.. I had to go for the test because my whole work place is infected with Covid-19

I hope to go for another test in a weeks time as I currently don't have symptoms and it was done incorrectly if the test come back negative or inconclusive. One of my colleague was tested positive with no symptoms so she was asymptomatic.

I had mine last week and came back as not clear’ so basically inconclusive they asked me to re test. Slight issue there the closest testing centre offering appointments was 263 miles away in Scotland I hardly see that as essential travel when there is nothing at all wrong with me.

Tbh I'm super careful, I always wear disposable gloves, carry anti bac around my neck, wash my hands properly and regularly, wear face mask and shield when I'm around others. Change my clothes first thing when i get home. Wash them at 60 degrees. Do everything I am trained to do. So it show how really contagious it is if i do get it. I rarely go to the supermarket, reduced my working hours, only see afew colleagues at work. So it be a real bummer if i get test positive.

Problem is with this test, I don't know if i had it already. As I think this test is only if I currently got it.

I'm so lucky to live in an area with many testing options. Mine was only 6 miles away and only one other person was there similar time to me. But I booked the first morning slot.

It's very essential. Getting tested correctly will make all the difference in the long run.

But for me, if you're in Furlough and showing no symptoms, its not necessary to be tested. I got tested, even though no symptoms, because most of my colleagues were tested and tested positive, with one who was asymptomatic. The test center was 6 miles away and lots of time slots.

You're lucky if you have a test centre close by, where I live it's bristol airport so 2 hour round trip by car 10 hour by bus. Population of my town is 40,000 so no not a back water village.
