This guy is truly terrifying
Can you imagine how this is going to sweep through the Favelas!
I don't say this lightly but I honestly think that what this guy is doing is tantamount to mass murder |

It might not, the gangs run the favelas, and are quite used to stepping in when the government doesnt do stuff, bit like the whole pablo thing, provide for the people, Robin Hood act ect. They are enforcing a pretty strict lockdown at gunpoint, driving round in jeeps with speakers playing warnings and guns, dont think anybodys breaking those curfews any time soon.

That's the thing here, ordinary folk in the favelas are more likely to adhere to the rules set out by a jeep driving around with loudspeakers and automatic weapons to deter transgressions than they are some politician tucked away on TV, spouting bullshit.

Most governments are controlling their populations movements
