I think is to be expected and it's all about getting the infection rate down to a level where the health services can cope

But yes this is going to continue until a vaccine is found

I dont think its anything to do with the latest easing of restrictions generally people dont catch it and die within a couple of days. The results of the easing will be seen in 3 to 4 weeks.

When lockdown eases here we will go up again, the whole process was to stop the nhs being overwhelmed and prevent unnecessary deaths, now we have the beds to cope docs don't have to choose out of 5 people which one gets the ventilator.

Apparently this was monday last week. Isnt 8 days a bit soon to notice any increase?

Also, cases in germany 8 days ago was 1323 but yesterday was 988. They did spike to 2481 a couple of days after opening shops but no way could that be related.

you're correct, but sobering to think that this is a country that appeared to have a fairly good grip of the situation only to find that there is a rise again. Makes us realise the need to do what we are doing. It is hard. Me and wife are on a 6 week furlough and may be extended more, so quite happy to see some form of stability come through whenever that might be.

You need to educate yourself about disease transmission and infection
