middle of nowhere Cornwall |
I still have to care for my parents and all the small holding. My dog's, cats and hatchlings.
Keep the animals fed
Try to build new pens
Dig planting area.
Round up the ponies as keep escaping
Repair fencing
Find lost tools and try to relax once in a while.
But all better than house work and the rest |

Reading loads
I haven’t watched anything on Netflix for ages so when I get fed up of reading I’ll watch Netflix.
I honestly don’t know why people are bored of lockdown.
There’s so much to occupy us. |

The house looks like new.
Everything that needed a freshen up decorating wise has been done.
Even the office and garage
Decks re-oiled, blocking sanded and now comes the rain.
Back at work now though so it’s not too bad |

Overhauled front and back garden, building new raised planters for her tubs. Stops dogs standing in them. Sorted the shed, years overdue, I can get in it now and find things.tidied up our car park, painted fences. Cleaned and polished neighbours cars. Mines had even more attention than ever, sorted paint chips and the underneath, bit ocd, my pride and joy. Probably indoors next weather gone off. Okay as long as I can find things to pass the time. |

Working (more hours than before lockdown).
Encouraging and helping my daughter with ridiculous amounts of home schoolwork.
Queueing at supermarkets.
Washing my hands
Sanitizing my hands
Feeding my family
Wider family zoom quiz nights.
You know all the usual stuff apart from leisure and social activities. |

Working. 2 mornings a week from the office, the rest of the time from home.
Still training with my PT every day, albeit via Zoom. Running or agility work every day.
Any time in between I'm finishing off some craft projects and starting some new ones. |

Sorting and deep cleaning my house.
Gardening.
Other half (heating engineer) and I as the plumber's mate (finally) replacing the bathroom. The new suite and shower have been in the spare room for three years.
Reading: used to read two books a week before I got a smartphone, tablet, laptop etc.
Talking, zooming on the phone to family and friends instead of a quick text/WhatsApp etc.

Trying to stay fit by cycling - one hour daily isn’t enough!
Catching up on my listening - it’s Beethoven year after all
Avoiding online choirs like the plague (ahem!)
Improving my instrumental skills
Putting off the decorating until a really rainy day
Ditto the baking |

Working 6 1/2 days a week or 7, but with more difficulties than normal!
No not a key worker, but cannot work from home. Looking forward to being able to take a few days off, but not likely for another couple of months.

All the usual cooking, cleaning, gardening etc my time/focus has been volunteering any way I can.
Doing my bit to make sure vulnerable and others in need have essentials. It's a really difficult situation for some people. Have to help.
