It's a good move and it's horrific that their testing showed the levels of failure, what needed to have been done, before handling a crisis like this. They refused to publish the results, just as they continue with their secrecy now, refusing to treat the population as adults. |

Exactly, I don't see the point of running a simulation if you don't act upon the results. It's actually shocking when you think they just did nothing. |
