I've started to get confused about, this theory of going out. And getting to close to people, that you might get covid19.

Yet regularly for reasons i won't say but I see a few street drinkers near my home a lot closer than most and they go off into the meeting area of my town, and catch up with some homeless too, not all are off the street.

But yet they are differently not social distancing and hearing them row etc around by me, they haven't managed to catch it.

I find that a little strange, that they are exposed more than most everyday, sat out vast amounts of time.

I'm beginning to wonder if the government are ramping up the fear just a bit to much.

Very few people caught it in UK. Official numbers of people tested are 0.2% of the population. They are probably more than 5% including asymptomatics etc. Which is 1 every 20 people.

Also I'm not sure that homeless people are more exposed than others, as I think that most people always avoided them like they had a courageous disease much before covid19.

Last but not the least: if one of those homeless/street drinkers will suddenly disappear... would you really notice?

They probably have caught it and are asymptomatic or had mild symptoms, that is the most likely outcome for an adult.
