Exercise, shopping and covid

Can anyone name one person who has been infected by obeying the rules explicitly but did go shopping say once a week and exercise outside. No public transport, no working, no visiting.

That's to say they started to show symptoms in the last two weeks

I don't know anyone who has it or anyone who knows anyone who has it or has had it .

I keep seeing people on t.v. who say they've lost someone close and I keep seeing the death stats but ...... No.

I can't name anyone who has caught it from following the instructions.

I've had several hospital appointments in the past two weeks as well. I followed all the mask n glove n washing stuff and kept an eye on my temperature and so far ........... nothing.

So I still don't have it.

I only know of one person who has had the virus, he has died. I don't know what his movements were though.

Yes, the people I know who had it always followed social distancing. But they almost certainly got it from their kid as the schools stayed open so long.
