I've heard lots of talk about when we are going to slowly come out of lockdown at some point in the future, and people saying that large sporting events and concerts etc will be the last thing to be given the go ahead.
How do people think lockdown will ease? When it does, will we wait or be able to to return to work regardless of the size of business, will High Streets reopen will the next step after that be limited capacity in restaurants and bars?
I'm just curious if anybody has seen how it has worked in other places? I know obviously we can't predict the future but it just has me curious about what what is likely to happen for us. |

The danger is that relaxing the lockdown too early can easily generate a second peak as there are still likely to be potential carriers about
This appears to be what has happened in Hokkaido where they've just had to lockdown for a second time. |

I suspect it'll be a case of watching other European countries and the UK scientific data and wading through.
I guess no gatherings of 10 or more so night clubs and restaurants won't be open initially but kick starting the economy is a priority.
I think it'll also depend on if an antibody test, that's reliable, can be distributed as well but I wouldn't wager on much right now. |
