Always has been. The Range near me has a small Iceland shop inside.

Most people are coming out with household and garden items..BBQ and charcoal, plants etc..

several police forces have been saying they would search peoples trolleys for non essential items and one force was saying it would patrol non essential aisles and stop people buying stuff... so the government clarified it

Some pubs that have been forced to close are selling their stock as an off licence offering home delivery. So it's not just the places that can legally stay open

I bet they would have seen printer ink cartridges as non essential item in my bag yesterday. However they're essential for me.

One over zealous policeman in charge of his local forces social media feed said this and quickly backtracked. The police have no powers to stop u buying whatever u want from any shop u enter
