I rarely have dreams related to stress. But because of coronavirus related stress, I've been having awful dreams that been unsettling. I do wake up thinking all this is a bad nightmare and everything is how it used to be. Kids at school. People at work. I go into work and have banter with my work friends. Then on my days off, hang out with my friends and family....but everything changed and its not a just a nightmare. It's real. Anyone going through the same thing and how do they deal with it?

most fundamental aspects

I think a lot of people are having trouble with sleep at the moment and some are having anxiety dreams.

Broken sleep may be down to either overthinking (which is in itself tiring) too much work or not enough to tire people out enough. Also there’s a temptation to go for daytime naps, which can upset someone’s sleep later.

I’ve had a few weird dreams, last night my dad, who died in 2010 came back to help. It was some kind of apocalypse type dream and he was the wise one who everyone turned to for advice.

Serendipity

Would mindfulness help before you go to sleep. It might relax your brain more.
