Fab have made it clear that anyone looking to use the site to meet during this period will be in breach of its terms and conditions.
But what exactly does that mean?
Or should it mean?
What do you think it means and what do Fab think it means? |

It means you’d be no longer welcome on the site. I’ve seen people post meets as a status and their profile doesn’t exist an hour later.

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.
******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).
Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.
Admin
PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.
Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:
--
Your feedback has been saved.
A website admin will shortly review your feedback and take the necessary action. After reviewing the evidence available to us, we may disable an account, remove a user, disable certain aspects of that user's account or issue a warning.
By leaving feedback you help improve the site for everyone who uses it. Thank you.****** |

Seems pretty clear to me, in layman's terms - if you behave like a moron you can't use the site |

All organisations will typically set conditions for you to decide whether you want to agree to them, to optionally use their services. If you don't agree with them, you don't use the services, which can be withdrawn from your access. You remain free to leave too. |

Not that I care but If they changed the T&C then surly it only applies to you if you joined Fab after the change.
If you had membership before then legally they can't kick you off. |

There are a set of T&Cs published on this site (bottom of the Home page).
They're comprehensive and quite clear.

Really. It's very plain and simple it's not asking to be analysed.
Common sense

I’m reporting every single person, male and female, that I see looking to meet. Have had a few people’s profiles removed but not enough. No-one should be meeting, end of.
And, as much as I love this site, I think Admin have lost control of the number of people still meeting and need to do more to stop it.
I realise that will make me unpopular but hey, I care more about saving people’s lives than I do about my popularity! |

There are (as I write this) 15,216 people online here.
There are a handful or two of Admins and Moderators.
It is a physical impossibility for them to read every post and private message.
They are reliant on us to highlight things as we see them. |
