I'm working on the basis that if I eat enough, I will become so supersized, I won't physically be able to leave the house unaided..
That should drastically reduce my chances of catching coronovirus..
Probably not a well thought through plan but until the massive box of broken biscuits my son bought and are residing in a kitchen cupboard less than social distancing distance away from my makeshift home office, are all gone, I'm afraid my poorly conceived plan will continue..
And whoever said that broken biscuits have zero calories because the calories fell out when they broke was talking utter shite.. |

Nope, finding it quite easy to drop weight as a) it's easy to do intermittent fasting b) I'm not eating 'on the go' fast food and going out for drinks a couple of times a week c) I'm not so hungry and when I am it's easy to graze on nuts and seeds like a squirrel. |

"No I've been very good.
Couple of cups of coffee and one meal a day with no snacks inbetween.
any tips"
make sure you keep your minerals and electrolytes up, especially magnesium, potassium, zinc and calcium. A lot of what feel like hunger pangs are often your body signalling it needs electrolytes rather than calories. Once I realised this I started dropping the pounds fast.

I think I've lost a bit (never weigh myself, just go on how I look), no longer visiting the local baker as it's closed and the lack of cake is clearly doing me good! |

I'm actually eating less at home but still training hard so getting more ripped if anything. I'm using my free weights for the first time since joining the gym three years ago and I'd forgotten what a different workout you get from them |

C is barely eating but I feel like I'm eating enough for both of us!!
I think once I'm back to work (keyworker but my place of work shut so we are being redeployed, I work in care so I'm needed) things will hopefully change. Maybe when I dont have time to bake it'll help |

I've easily piled on some weight. I've absolutely binged on sugar lately. Bread too. If it's in the house, I can't help myself!
Thankfully I've had a healthy food shop delivered so I'm back on track with Slimming World now. Lots of healthy meals and snacks being prepared. Will soon lose it |

I'm working from home so I have set myself a routine the same I would if I was in the office still. |

"Nope if anything I’m losing it. One meal a day, no snacks and a treat twice a week
I'm gonna definitely try that x "
If you don’t buy them, they aren’t there to eat.
I have a lad and even he isn’t snacking unless it’s fruit or cereal. He has his 3 meals a day and has a treat if I have one, which could be a couple of biscuits or some chocolate or a packet of crisps. |

Haven't checked my weight but I probably over did it with the eating the first week of lockdown but calmed down now.
Got a yoga mat and workout bench at home plus cutting down my eating to 1-2 meals per day.
Lots of water too |

I haven't weighed myself in forever but I think I am losing weight...trying to run most days and eating whole plant based foods and as people have mentioned already drinking lots of water! Trying to save money and not being able to nip out to the shops as often has certainly helped me
I do have cravings for naughty foods so who knows, I may just have a cheat day with gin, pizza and chocolate but that's not happened yet |

We both think differently while I think I lost a lil bit my gf thinks she has put a bit on. I think its due to our eating patterns as she likes to snack a lot while I don't but I eat a bigger meal while she doesn't. |

Not me. Haven't left the house in two weeks and the other half does the shopping. He's very health conscious and I'm a good cook so everything freshly made, no salt etc and nothing processed.
I'm craving something sweet. |

No weight gain here. I have kept up with my losses. First week was tough as I snacked too much. But I have a routine now, so all is good. It helps that we still have our slimming world meetings virtually. |

Eating too little salt is bad for you. You need to eat a decent amount but balance it with potassium and magnesium |
