Tbh if everyone was just on doorstep and at safe distance then it's no different from going outside to clap NHS.
However a full on house party is a completely different beast.
I would have been on the phone to the police as soon as I found out it was going on.
I don't give a flying fuck if people disagree with this as it's not about being cool or not it's about saving lives. |

I think that's rather nice actually. Our road has a Facebook page, all 61 households are on it. We have a street party most years and look out for each other.
Via Facebook people have been looking out for each other. One neighbour who owns a shop offered to bring round loo rolls, free of charge for anyone who needed it. Neighbours offer to pick up prescriptions, do shopping for those without cars, sharing books, games, holding virtual dinner parties etc...it's amazing really. |
