2 weeks of isolation without meeting anybody, and not having any symptoms, definitive proof that you don't have the virus? Or can it take longer to show itself? Thanks.

Research from 181 patients has shown incubation can be between 1 and 14 days. Over 90% within 11 days, 5 days being the median. So yeah on that basis, providing you have not been exposed to the virus in 14 days, consider yourself clear.

All the information you need don't have to call anyone there should be enough information to make an educated decision.
