The Queen is to address the nation in a broadcast to be aired on Sunday...
I smell panic! The weather is on the up and it’s Easter - everyone will want to go out. Guess they have drafted in the Queen to reinforce the message
Stay home!! |

Sure that wasn't just travelers upping sticks to a new location.
I can't believe anyone would be dumb enough to try and go away for Easter in a caravan? |

If anyone reading this knows anyone heading out on non-essential business just have a word and press home the need to stay at home for the greater good.
I couldn’t be friends with someone who was that selfish personally. |

Been shopping today and the roads are definitely busier. More people walking too.
The Queen will just reinforce that she's al'right Jack hold up in her Castle with a billion acres of social distancing space. Won't be watching that. Especially when she says ssomething like 'The Royal Family are ready to do what it takes' - errrrr Take to the hills you mean.
Gawd I'm getting cynical lol |

I went out for my hours exercise yesterday, first time for a week. What a difference a week makes, two weeks ago people passing each other practically side by side, yesterday literally walking as far away on the pavement or grass verge as possible.
Trying to make the most whilst I’m out, did my shopping, no queues and plenty of toilet roll. No pasta, so not all good news.
Maybe it’s because I live in a nice little town in leafy Cheshire, the people here are a bit more aware of their social responsibility, but I doubt it. I’m seeing a difference, admittedly only been outside three times in as many weeks, but I think it’s finally sinking in. |

"On a daily basis the equivalencies of two 747s full of people are dying.
I’d expect the queen to make a statement. "
And the “normal” daily mortality in this country is 1.5k / day. That doesn’t make this normal or right, but it’s context.
If only we had delta figures... |

Why? When three times that amount die on a normal day and she says nothing? |

Stay home!! " Has anyone done the 'but freddie's dead' joke yet? (I can't be bothered looking.....)
I mean, even Adam Lambert's agent doesn't want Adam Lambert's address.... |

The Queen has being rocking the anticorona glove look look for decades - she must have been wondering what all us grubby peasants were doing.
May be she's going say, "I told you so".
Micky mouse is another glove wearer now I come to think. |
