Anyone else having trouble keeping there parents indoors? Mine are a nightmare...
'But I always buy a paper'
'No I can't ask your brother' (who is only 5 miles away)
'But its only 1 friend I was meeting up with for the day'
When I asked my Mum if we gave her this much trouble as kids she smiled ( well I think so was on the phone) and said, 'No I wouldn't stand for it'!
Ye Gods...parents!!!
( I should add I live a 3 hour drive from them) |

I did have a problem with my father who is 93, he took quite a bit of persuading to stay home. He has realised now that he has to and the consequences of bringing the virus home to my mother.
I don't know how old your parents are op |

My neighbour 3 doors down from me passed away today form covid, however he had underlying health conditions. However he was only 62. I do believe he wouldn’t of died without this virus |

I think that's the point, they are adults and must make their own decisions a bit like they had to say about us years ago . It must be quite difficult to have your children telling you what to do but I find myself doing it more and more |
