Not much to see or do on the drive LA to Vegas, but Vegas to San Fran is nice, are you stopping off at Yosemite |

We are in LA late March, then onto LV before heading to SF - cant wait! Was doing some research and found interesting swingers club in LV. If losing too much in casino, might head to swingers club and see if we get some luck there! |

Having been to Vegas several times we would advise you to be quite wary of the majority of Swinger clubs and especially the parties that appear high profile online. They will offer lots and deliver little. Very often they are over run with sgl m who have no idea of etiquette. They are under the impression that this scene is just an extension of the strip club enviroment, but one where touching is allowed. The parties are very usually very commercial and may require you to get bottle service in an expensive hotel bar, before even finding out the suite or party location. Like any tourist destination some unscrupulous locals will take advantage of naive visitors. We always advise our friends to arrange things privately, or to go when a big swinger event is planned there.....such as SinCity or as this last weekend was AVN awards.
Vegas is a very fun city, with masses of opportunities but the better ones don’t NEED to advertise themselves.
We fly out there again this morning. |

Thanks for the advice, its really helpful. We were considering Red Rooster but propbably wont bother with that either. Be good to have some fun along the way though as we will be without kids and need to take advantage of such opporunities. What is the best method of arranging things privately? Someone mentioned Craigslist? Anyhow, thanks again and hope you have a fantastic holiday! |

Definitely Craigslist. Try it before you go by putting 89109 as zip code. Obviously like here there are plenty of working girls and couples but they are not hard to spot. Meet in any casino centre/circle bar and you'll have plenty of cameras on you for safety as you have everywhere. If anyone is out in LA, Vegas or San Fran while I'm there feel free to meet up for a drink. Spent a good bit of time there and know a few good spots. |

I would advise, use your holiday simply as a holiday, a vacation, if you want to swing, swing at home, where you know the people and you know the rules
Many in Vegas will charm you, built your trust then fleece you.
This could be a fantasy that could go drastically wrong
I have travelled usa intensively over past 25 years, there are a lot of great people and just as many who will take advantage of people who let their guard down.
That's without considering protection / infection / health issues |
