Good riddance to Mr Justice Moore.
The US Government has declared same-sex marriage to be legal. You are employed by the US Government to uphold the law.
If your personal religious beliefs mean that you cannot, in good conscience, accept the ruling of the US Government, then you should not be serving as a judge.
