What car rental company did you use that allows you to take a U.S. rental car into Canada? |

We've done motorcycle trips from our home in southeast Kansas to Sturgis, SD. Then the riding to all the sites around Sturgis.
Riding around Eureka Springs, Arkansas is awesome. And we've also done a road trip from Kansas to Las Vegas coming back through Colorado. |

It's many years ago (1991) but when we crossed at Niagara the car was from Avis. |

Well, this year we will be riding down from Georgia to New Orleans in September.. can't wait!! We've done a few road trips including visiting Jack Daniels (it had to be done!) and riding a road called The Tail of the Dragon - 318 corners in an 11 mile stretch of road, the place itself is called Deals Gap(ended up errr.. modifying the foot boards of the bike somewhat!) going through some seriously stunning countryside... roll on September!!

I'm going to be in Texas shortly, before moving in to Louisiana. I may be able to extend the trip, possibly flying elsewhere and then more driving. I'm not looking forward to the intense summer heat atm though. |

I have done Tail of the Dragon, amazing road, but so many corners you often forget what side of the road you should be on, good job I was with many friends |

Well, let's see: having been born and raised here in the U.S.A. I've traveled it extensively. Doing the I-95 corridor a few times..(New York to Miami or UP towards the northeast!) And yes: have done the I-10 corridor a few times aswell.(Miami to Los Angeles and back!) Having just recently purchased a fancy lil 5th wheel camper to live/& travel in... Now my travels wil be in "Relative" cumfort & luxury..(full kitchen/& bathroom, living room,& large comfortable bed, cable/satellite TV!) And, knowing that all my creature comforts are with me... My linens, my desired food choices in the fridge, my personal toiletries are all with me, and the actual cost versus renting rooms is incredible, compared to sleeping in a car! Coffee maker(onboard!) Need to pee/shower(pull over, onboard!) Plus it will sleep up-to six comfortably. So traveling with a group of openminded friends is always a possibility too.(traveling fun, outdoor sightseeing fun?) Yes, why not! Now to deposit my D.N.A.samples all across the country? I do plan on spraying it on the "Grand Canyon" plus may other national landmarks! But yes: I have done Many road trips, & plan on Many more! |
