"Innocent on all charges. Even with the left out evidence there is plenty of reasonable doubt that Steven didn't do what he was charged with.
"
Watching the documentary certainly doesn't show the whole story. His sweat was under the car bonnet. His phone calls to her. It did make a good watch |

"There was other evidence against him the films didn't show... "
Right. Sexy "shackles" that had zero DNA. Sweat under the hood which only proves he was around the car.
Phone calls to a person who was coming to his property. (Not weird at all, even with *67 as Steven would've been pretty paranoid about his info after all that time)
If she was cut (Dasseys coerced statement) there would be blood. There wasn't. If she was shot in the garage (magically found bullet not found during the incredibly long 8 day original search) there would be blood. There wasn't. Why did Teresa Halbach suddenly only have one key on her keyring? (That famous photo of her and the RAV4 has many keys)Why wasn't her DNA on her keys? Why would the people who would normally be suspected of this (friends family exes etc) not even questioned or alabied? Why were those same people given access to private property? If Steven killed her on property, why did he put her body in the back of her own car? How did Stevens blood get in the RAV4 but zero finger prints? Who at the very least tampered with evidence by removing or adding something to the tube of Stevens blood?
After all these questions are left unanswered by the states case the only verdict left should be not guilty. |
