Are there any concerns for American consumers regarding food standards in the USA?

I am curious to know if any of you Americans avoid certain food items

None really I have no complaints we can choose organic if we want.

Thanks for the replies. In the news over here, there's mention of all sorts of concerns, ranging from labelling of products for consumer choice to animal welfare and antibiotics.

Regarding a possible trade deal with the UK that is.

Food and agricultural industry in the UK arn't happy about it possibly for competition I expect
