I always find Premier Inn and Travelodge exceptionally clean. Is there not one of them in Carlisle ?

Have stayed in the hilltop. Was fine, clean, but its a fair walk from town.

Theres 2 premier inns a similar walk (not the ones at j42/43/44), a travelodge and ibis in the centre too .
