We've obtained a full refund via bank as we paid on card. Nothing back from organisers in any way though

Nope. We received that poor excuse of an email the other day saying "most people have been refunded but some are still awaiting it". We don't believe for a second that "most" have been refunded as "most" we have spoken to haven't. In fact the only person I've seen to confirm receiving it is the commenter before me

We haven't and I have sent emails to multiple email addresses for both sexpo and outix only to receive automated responses!!
