Some people think that their photos are in some way special.
Some people are paranoid about discretion.
Some people have bad experience from someone actually stealing their photos.
Some people think that others have folders upon folders of face photos attached to profiles for any kind of brownmail.
Some people need someone or something to blame for other party's disinterest.
