I'm going but taking my son - not camping either after last year when tent & everything was soaked .Who knows i might meet some folks at the hotel i'm staying at a couple of miles away and have a few drinks from the thursday - monday  |

Well, we only live 12 miles away and go every year,we don't camp as no need, it only takes 20 minutes to get there. We have had a couple stay with us at our house before, so we may again this year if anyone wants? |

Ticket purchased and excitement building :D
I will definitely be roughing it, i find its half the fun! Well i say roughing it.... my tent is huge and has a carpet in the porch! its a bugger to carry though!
Metallica doing the black album and prodigy are the main two :D |

We are going now after getting free tickets! Think the b-i-l might get a bit suss if we start disappearing off with strange people!
Nowt there that really grab my interest although Steel Panther were good with Motley Crue last year, if Chase n Status (controversial) are anything like they were at Wakestock last year they may actually get some new fans!  |

Plenty of bands well worth checking, just enjoy your time popping from one stage to the next and take as much in as you can.
I'm there for Saturday only, but plan to see many bands. |

Fuckers !!!! Lol... only a teensy wee bit jealous.... Think the line up is great this year.. Saw soundgarden in the barrowlands many moons ago and they were fuckin amazin and oh so loud! Chris Cornell gotta be one of rock's best ever singers.... |

lol so there alot of us in vip area. Im just in the next field 20 meters up in disabled camping. But got vip access as well 
A week from now i be rocking out.

yes had a great time muddy but no rain at least and by sunday had tried out loads. Was not that impressed with sabbath though much preferred Metallica.

Had a great time.
I think the band I most enjoyed was Steel Panther, so funny with a good talent too.
Enjoyed Blackveil Brides too, but for their moaning between every song.
Was great to see Saxon, after all these years of gig going and I've not seen them 'til now, surprising.
Apparently tickets for next year will be on sale this Friday and they have one headlining act confirmed, they've not stated who though. |

Steel panter were bloody awesome! Right i no Sabbath are awesome and all that but i thought that it shud have been metillica that closed the show there just wasnt that big bang at the end and i expected more being the 10th anniversey and all that. Maybe it was just opionon what do ever one else think? |

Oddly I thought that was one of the worse Metallica performances ive seen, im not saying it was bad, it was still bloody brilliant but it just wasnt as strong as some of the others |

Was such a shit start to the festival with the weather. But it did pick up for me. best band was sabbath but thats only cause iwas crowd surfing in my kilt and on crutches. So im sure it was a rather intresting sight lol.
Met some amasing people over the weekend and got some cool photos. Also managed to get my self in to the media bit on the sat then artist area on the sunday.
Hope everyone enjoyed they selfs as much as i did |

I'm heading to down on the Wednesday to the Monday and this'll be my first time there and I can't wait! Going with a mate but i'd like to sneak away and have some naughty festival fun that I've experienced at others! Message me if you're interested |
