I'm looking to set up an adult theatre just outside the centre of Newcastle.
It'll be extremely discrete, yet will be promoted within the swinging/fetish/LGBTQ+ communities.
We'll be looking to attract everyone. Females are always going to be difficult to market to and get through the door, so we're looking at options to positively incentivise female membership and use.
We're currently looking at a small upper floor office building, but which has expansion possibilities.
The design will be a simple large room with a number of smaller cubicles along one side for privacy.
We are currently weighing up options surrounding membership.
Having a bank of members will encourage return visits and provide a separate revenue stream, but will discourage single visit users.
No membership will pose its own issues, such as including a barring system.
Currently were thinking of running a membership/film club, offering discounts for joining and other benefits.
Opening hours will be mixed with some afternoons and later nights depending on licensing and any issues we run into with the council, but we're hoping to offer late night weekends and some half and full days.
Films will be themed based on a programme of events.
From soft-core/art films to gay/hardcore 'mix tape' afternoons.
We're also looking at running a members submissions evening once a month.
At this stage were looking to gauge interest. This will be the only adult cinema in the North East, but we're aware that a LN open market is often indicative of interest.
Maybe there's good reason there isn't an existing adult cinema, and it's because of lack of interest.
We're also looking for ideas. Anything you've seen and liked in other adult theatres, or maybe something you haven't enjoyed.
Anything you'd like to see, or ways we can encourage participation and membership.
Bear in mind that this isn't a new swinging club and we'll be spreading our net to attract as many people as possible.

seeing as two clubs already do a trans night on a Thursday .don't think this would be a good night at all to do this .all you would do is split a minority group even more .any other night would be perfect though ...good luck |

Everything would need to be spot on with the local council .we've already had one club closed down earlier this year due to licencing and fire and safety issues . you have to be honest with the council and not cut any corners |
