Do yourself a favour and get out of booking that hotel!
It's run by Britannia which has the title of Worst Hotel Co in the UK. The hotel was "Grand" in the past but Britannia Group run all their properties into the ground!
I work in hotel management & wouldn't stay in that group's hotels even if paid to!
If you have to stay there but find you want to move avoid the Royal Hotel too. It's even worse!

Cheers for your advise but it's already been booked for a weekend golf break.
To be honest it's more about the night time fun than what the hotel is like but thanks for taking the time to reply.  |
