I would be interested. Last one I arranged in Stoke, I had 16 people planning to attend. 3 told me they couldn't on the day. Only 1 person came !
Previous ones have been successful. But these were specifically for newbies.

A stoke social would be a social.. they do not include sex. But guess you could always encourage folk to go on to a club or hotel or your house after.  |

ive never been to a social let alone organise one.... but could we not just name a date and time with the name of a pub and just meet up? Whoever turns up.... turns up . Or is that not how it works. X |

A friend of mine organized one a few months ago. Lots of people saying they wanted to come, 1 single men turned up and none of the couples!
Good luck to whoever tries to organize another social.

as you say, people say they will then don't. maybe some organise real meets that coincide (you'd think they'd all still come then go then cum lol), maybe something else crops up last minute. not all can make mid weeks, not all can make weekends. too many factors. but yes, post up and see who replies....... |

Just unbelievable that even just before the time they insist they are coming then don't show up. |

Ok...
so what night of the week would suit everyone? Bearing I. Mind this would be purely a social. And it would be in Stoke. If someone else wants to organise one in Cheshire then feel free. |
