Durham social to be held on :
Friday 2nd march 2018
Drinks and fun with like minded people.
Venue shall be given out one week prior to event.
You must be verified to get on the list !
I repeat- you must be verified!
Men’s list is full , and there is already a few on the reserve list .

Been checking hotel prices if anyone is thinking of staying over. The Premier Inn is about £70 and Travelodge have rooms available for £40ish or The Radisson is £104 and the Marriott £97.
The last train from Durham to Newcastle is 23:57 and is £3.40 each.

Anyone else want to add there names to the list ?
Anyone wishing to be added to the list must be verified , and traceable to someone I have met or know of .
So if your name appears to be removed from the new list later today,
As I have requested a social meet to confirm, that you are who you are .
I suggest you get your act together and
Make sure I don’t need to be removing you .
This might sound harsh ,
but I’m trying to keep other genuine people comfortable and safe x |

Update due to weather conditions:
I will be staying over in Durham on Friday regardless.
So totally understand if people can’t get along due to the weather.
The safety of everyone are more important than meeting for a few drinks.
I shall keep you all updated regarding weather in the area xx |

Residual snow in the centre
Not too bas tbh"
Iv spoken to my Work which is in Durham and they said the same .
Roads are not that bad getting in,
but if you are driving late at night to get home I wouldn’t chance it as nobody can predict the weather at the min .
As the organiser I shall definitely be there even if I had to walk lol
I shall be heading into Durham for around 2/3 pm to look after anyone that is coming along.
The meeting place shall remain the same and I shall be available there from 6.30pm
So if anyone wants to come along for pre- drinks just let me know xx |

I’m guessing by everyone’s statuses that everyone enjoyed it ,
It was a shame about the weather that made it unsafe for some people.
