Unlicensed clubs

Right, when it comes to threatening my job and my livelihood and my work place and my friends I will not sit back and watch it all go down the pan!

Regardless of what people think and rumours, I recieved a msg today with 100% proof that jsnortheasts club has been closed down by the council for being in breach of regulations ie

No various licenses

No health and safety

No certificates for electrical work carried out in the premises

No insurance for liability

These are but a small amount of what is needed to run a club.

I put my review up about clubf before I was told about this.

Now I know June and Steve have put a lot of hard work and commitment into that club so I'm not knocking them for that.

So if anyone has anything to say about this situation then I suggest u say it but try telling the truth and not bullshit! Don't come to me saying it's not true because it is.

Like I said in 1 of my statuses it pays to have good TRUSTWORTHY! Friends on fab.

I haven't any idea what what has gone one or what hasn't.

However as for you having a personal vendetta against june and steve, that's my opinion. And charlotte you know I have a massive amount of respect for you. And I will forever be grateful for what you did for me.

I loved the opportunity to have two clubs on my doorstep so it seems a big shame if this has been the case.

I love club f, the facilities, the rooms, and the swingers that attend. I love jsnortheast for the same reasons

I for one, do not know what licenses are held by club f , jsnortheast, or other clubs I attend, infusions, xstasia, chameleons, quest, pandora.

I'm certainly not biased towards any club. I'm looking forward to visiting even more new clubs.

I do feel like there is a lot of bad mouthing from staff and members from both club f AND jsnortheast. Certainly not myself. But we all have eyes and ears.

Club f was my introduction to the club scene.

I think that this forum post is informative and anyone attending clubs should have access to the information.

I for one would like to see it as I'm upset about this whole thing

I like to travel across the uk, make friends and swing and it's a real real shame if this means that it's one less venue to do that.

Thank you for sharing and hopefully things can be translucent in the future. As I would have zero idea where to look to find the information you have been privy to. X

I don’t think Charlotte has a Personal vendetta at all. She’s just a very passionate person .

To say it’s a vendetta is a very strong word .

This post waffle was not intended as vendetta style and like i said June and Steve had put a lot of effort into that place so it was shame it wasn't done legally and if they had done none of this would have come about.

If u look at another post in the forums aboyt a couple talking about opening a club in York I gave wished them luck xx

In my opinion it wasn't particularly this post , it was other posts and status updates like karma etc.

You and I both know how much respect I have for you and why. So it's not personal that I have responded.

I too, like all other swingers in the area would like to know that when we attend a club or event all things are covered. Something I have never thought to question anywhere i have been. Probably naive of me. I'm hoping that your post will bring forward how we can check certain things like that , also as I've said informative.

We are friends and swingers. Most of all we want to be in a safe and looked after environment.

I know nothing of licenses held by any club I have attended nor how to find out. Perhaps that's something as I said earlier that should be more translucent x

Exactly charlotte. But we all know that no comment would have been made to mine by the person that shall not be named if it had been someone else to comment. Rather childish considering ages. In my opinion I may add x we all have opinions. But as I have already stated this is about translucency of licenses held by clubs and it's a very good point that you have raised x

I don't want to deter from char's post because I think she has a good point to make. I just added my opinion which I thought was allowed in a public forum. Please feel free to message me should you wish to discuss further or send a smoke signal. Which ever is easiest
